Please read these terms carefully before engaging our stocktaking services. By instructing Stocktaker Near Me (operated by Accurate Count Ltd) you agree to the following terms.
1. About Us
Stocktaker Near Me is a trading name of Accurate Count Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 15821457). Our registered office is at 1, Park View Court, High Wycombe, HP12 3AY.
2. Services
We provide professional stocktaking, inventory counting, and related services to retail, hospitality, and commercial clients across the United Kingdom. The scope, timing, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing prior to commencement.
3. Quotations & Fees
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Fees are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Any material change to the scope of work may result in a revised fee. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled stocktake. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the agreed fee.
5. Liability
Accurate Count Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the provision of services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
6. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
